We are a small, decentralized team of creative buidlers. We're looking to working collaboratively with other creative individuals that want to ensure creators, curators, and fans own and earn.

About

We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented front-end engineer that with an enthusiasm for creating feature-rich, well-tested web products. We care deeply about conveying a creative user experience, and we expect this individual to be capable to pushing expectations for our users. This individual will be working on core features of the Reactions platform and partner/developer integrations.

Responsibilities

• Create polished, well-tested web applications with keen eye for creative design and user experience using modern frameworks like React & GraphQL
• Craft beautiful, smooth user experiences using latest CSS capabilities along with other new frameworks

Desired Experience

• Has passion for leading development in early-stage products
• Cares about writing well-crafted, well-tested, and documented code
• Familiar with current trends in crypto & Web3, front-end architecture, and creative user experiences
• Collects NFTs and enjoys creative-tech projects
• Able to communicate clearly and collaborate closely with leadership team, community, design, and engineering managers
• Showcases leadership qualities and capable of mentoring other team members

This position can be full-time or contract. The desired individual can work remotely, but strong preference for those living in Americas or Western European timezones.
